Payment in advance should be made in Euro by a credit card (VISA, EURO/Mastercard or JCB), Eurocheque or bank transfer from a German bank (free of charge to the conference) to:

Registration Fees

Prices include the present VAT rate of 16%.

The registration fee includes: 

  • One conference kit, 
  • One copy of the proceedings book, 
  • Admission charges (exhibition 'Hannover Messe' and conference), 
  • Welcome reception, coffee breaks and good bye drinks.

Cancellation

Cancellation of the registration received in writing by signed letter or fax until March 31st, 2004 will result in a refund minus an administration fee of 75€ or 30€ for students.

For refund please indicate address and bank transfer number.

No refunds are possible after March 31st, 2004.

Accommodation

Conference attendees may choose between the following types of accommodations:
  • Hotels offering special conference rates
  • Private rooms
